Donato Soranno is a vocalist, a Tenor, who sings Opera, Italian Folk songs, other European/ ethnic folk songs, Operettas, Musical Theatre; old time favorites and religious music. He sings in such langiuages as English, Italian, German, Spanish, Hebrew, Yiddish, Russian and Latin.
Donato is a frequent performer in the United States and performed with various Opera Companies in Italy. His operatic roles include Ferrando in Cosi Fan Tutti; Monostatos in Die Zauberflote; Basilio and Don Curzio in Le Nozze di Figaro; Spiridione in Il Campanello; Marco, Spinelloccoio and Nptaro in Gianni Schicchi. He appeared in over 50 opera productions and numerous concerts. He is the Director and Tenor Soloist of the Cantanti Singing Ensemble and studies vocal technique with Dr. Harry Dunstan.
