Mr. Leclerc‘s voice distinguishes itself by its rich but yet luminous timbre. His ease in the upper register, His stamina, his fine musicianship, Sensitivity, his natural presence on stage and his acting skills make him a solid and complete artist. His voice is particularly suited to the French repertoire and to Verdi and Puccini. Also included in his repertoire are the great oratorios and requiems, such as the Verdi Requiem.
His interpretation of Rodolpho in Boheme and Verdi requiem has been highly praised on Canadian and American stages.
Mr. Leclerc is interested in modern music as well and has been honored to Premier many roles in new operas.
Danny was a grand finalist at the CSMusic competition in May 2024, he is also a finalist for the 24th international Great tenor competition in Poland in September 2024.
