Known for her poised and dynamic performance, soprano Arianna Perroots brings a vibrant, bell-like voice to every operatic stage. Most recently, she played Diana, the flirtatious goddess of the hunt, in UNLV Opera’s production of Orpheus in the Underworld. In 2021 Arianna won 2nd Place in the Charleston Arts Baroque Music Competition; in 2019, she won 1st place in her division of NATS, performing pieces ranging from the styles of Handel to Wolf. She has also collaborated with Vegas City Opera and Opera Las Vegas in their Opera Afternoons and production of Candide. This year, she is looking forward to performing in scenes with UNLV Opera’s Opera Workshop and premiering her junior recital.
Arianna attended various young artist programs, such as Interlochen, Schmidt Vocal Institute and Oberlin’s summer program for voice to help propel her forward in her artistry. Arianna is a dependable and dedicated singer who uses passion and good work ethic to achieve her goals.
Arianna is a student at University of Nevada, Las Vegas studying under Dr. Kimberly James while she pursues her Bachelor of Music in vocal performance. When she isn’t singing, Arianna enjoys gardening, playing with her cats, and ballroom dancing.
