Yana is a 16 year old high school junior, born and raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan and she aspires to to become a musical theater performer. Yana started classical piano lessons at the age of 10 years old and vocal lessons at the age of 13. Since then, Yana participated in numerous piano and vocal competitions and was awarded 2nd place and 3rd place in vocal classical and pop solo categories and 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in piano solo and vocal duets at AGM Great Lakes Regional Contests, Vocal Classical Champion at AGM 116th Annual National Convention. Yana was also awarded Second Place Winner in both American Protégé’s Broadway/Musical Theatre Repertoire Vocal Competition and International Music Talent Competition, and was selected various times to perform at the Summer Gala Concert at Stern Auditorium, Carnegie Hall. She also performed at the International Piano Festival “Summer in Chopin’s Homeland” for the past two years in Lublin, Poland. Yana's most recent achievements are "A Class Act NY” fundraiser Cabaret performances at the historical Triad Theater in New York City and being casted in the premiere of THE ROAD TO SOC-CON A New Musical by EMMY Award Winner, Sean P. Pallatroni, "A Class Act" production in August 2020! Broadway is Yana's dream since she stepped on the stage for the first time at the age of 10 at her middle school talent show and since then, she has performed in various plays, musicals, cabarets, and continues to study acting, vocal, classical piano, and song writing chasing down her dream!
