Philip Sarrouy is a bass-baritone come from france. In France, he studied at the University of Reims (Philosophy Master) , Arts PhD of Lille University and in Belgium at the Royal Music Conservatory of Liege .
In France, This interdisciplinary and fictional writing has invented in a partnership with the center for the study of contemporary art of Villeneuve-D’Ascq.
In paris, he perfects his vocal practice with Juan Carlos Morales.
His operatic debut was in 2010 as Alcindoro, in La Bohème by Giacomo Puccini, staged by Frédéric Dussenne under the musical direction of Frederico Santi at the Royal Opera of Wallonia.
He performed Morel in Thérèse by Jules Massenet, staged by Daniel Donies, at the ‟Palais des Beaux-Arts” of Charleroi and at the Royal Opera of Wallonia with the Aria’s orchestra. He performed the bass solo from the Verdi’s Requiem at the Henri Pousseur's auditorium in Liege.
He performed Grégorio in Romeo and Juliette by Charles Gounod, under the musical direction of Yannis Pouspourikas and Eric Lederhandler, adapted and staged by François De Carpentries with the Nuove Musiche’s orchestra.
He was a soloist, in the Mass Di Gloria by Puccini and the Te Deum by Bruckner, for the symphonic chorus of Liège, supervised by Pierre Thimus with the Convivium’s orchestra.
He was Leporello with the Royal Philharmonic’s Orchestra of Liège at the Philharmonic Auditorium of Liege under the musical direction of Gabriel Laufer.
He performed in Portugal Leporello and Don Alfonso in Don Giovanni and Cosi Fan Tutte by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at the Zêzere Arts Festival
He performed Pandolfe, in Cinderella by Jules Massenet at the theatre of Liège.
