April Suh is a 17-year-old senior based in Montvale, New Jersey. She attends Pascack Hills High School and recently began studying under Lorraine Nubar at the Julliard Pre-College Program for Voice. She began her musical journey in 2013 when she joined Little Ol Korea Children’s Choir. Through this experience, she was able to travel across the United States and abroad, singing for many audiences and in a variety of settings. April's love for classical music extends across musical theater and jazz as well. In the past, serving as James B. Conant's Thespian Honor Society President, she regularly involved herself both onstage and offstage leading the theater program. Recently, she has attended summer programs at the Interlochen Center for the Arts, the Manhattan School of Music, and the Kennedy Center. She started voice lessons at 9 years old, and currently focuses on classical singing, exploring languages such as Italian, German, Korean, and English. In addition to music, April enjoys crocheting, and painting.
