French mezzo-soprano Léa Fusaro began her artistic journey when she was a teenager with a passion for theater. She had her first stage experience by training with a company in the Auvergne Region for several years, as well as in the conservatory of Montluçon. After a Master Degree in English Literature and History in the University of Lyon, she started her vocal studies in the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional in Lyon from 2016 to 2019.
She recently gratuated in a Master degree performance in the Haute École de Musique de Genève where she studied with Heidi Brunner since her second year of Bachelor.
She performed in 2020 the role of Proserpina from the opera Orfeo by Claudio Monteverdi conducted by Leonardo García Alarcón in the Victoria Hall of Geneva during a school production.
In August 2024 she participated in Berlin Opera Academy where she performed the role of Hänsel in Hänsel und Gretel by Engelbert Humperdinck, conducted by David Kram and staged by Noa Naamat.
