Ava Kuntz is a senior in the Classical Voice Conservatory at Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA). A lyric soprano, she studies voice under the expertise of Kathleen Martin of Voice Classics Studio in Laguna Niguel and is the winner of numerous accolades and awards for her talent.
Ava loves the stage. In addition to her work at OCSA, she has been part of many productions at Musical Theater Academy Orange County under the direction of Jimmy Hippenstiel and Deborah Mathews. Most recently, she's been cast as Miss Dorothy Brown in the upcoming production of Thoroughly Modern Millie.
Ava enjoys traveling, going to the theater and trying new foods. She loves people and looks forward to the time she spends volunteering with her church youth group with Hands for Houston, Sierra Service Project, feeding the homeless and serving people in need via an organization called “Sunday Supper.” She also enjoys spending time with the residents at the local Sunrise Senior Living residence and at Ronald McDonald House for National Charity League. She is a Past Honored Queen of Bethel 337, Job’s Daughter’s International.
A huge animal lover – (animals love her too!) – she adores her pitbull/boxer mix dog, Winnie, and has been known to let her on the furniture when her mom isn’t looking.
Ava aspires to a career on the stage and dreams of singing at the Salzburg Festival.
