Eva Gallander

EvaGwen Gallander is a young 16 year old Junior attending Arizona School for the Arts where she studies vocal performance, choral music, and cello. At school, she sings with the highest audition-based chamber choir as a Soprano I. Outside of school, she studies vocal performance and technique under Nina Cole, of the Grammy-Award Winning Phoenix Chorale as well as trains with Danya Tiller, singing as a Soprano I with the Phoenix Girls Chorus, an audition-based prestigious choir in the Phoenix, AZ area.

EvaGwen's repertoire consists of classical pieces for the high voice, art song, musical theater, and original singer/songwriter content. She plays multiple instruments including the cello, acoustic guitar, bass guitar, electric guitar, ukulele, and piano. When she is not studying privately or singing with either her school choir or the Phoenix Girls Chorus, she is writing music, traveling, and is a member of her church Praise Team as lead vocalist and guitarist.

EvaGwen is new to the competition scene for classical voice and looks forward to continued opportunities to develop her talent in the vocal arena. She plans to study music in college and is currently exploring her educational opportunities.
