About me - I'm an Italian dramatic coloratura soprano.

My approach to the study of the characters is a deep work on the psychological and emotional processes which subtend their presence in the plot. I believe in the principle of Scenic Truth as the basis of the theatrical process, and my moral imperative is to work hard in order to bring the audience emotionally moved, as I am. The work on emotions let me specially enjoy performing the 19th century mad scenes (Lucia di Lammermoor, Elvira in Puritani, Anna Bolena ...), supported by a solid vocal technique and virtuosity.

My experiences with Italian Opera Houses began in 2009, when I made my debut as a soprano solo in Carmina Burana by Orff in Teatro Lauro Rossi in Macerata. After that, many Opera stages followed, such as Teatro Regio di Parma, Beijing Forbidden city Hall, Teatro San Carlo di Napoli, Teatro Filarmonico di Verona, Festival Puccini Torre del Lago,Teatro Pardo di Trapani, Teatro Comunale di Ferrara, Teatro Coccia di Novara.

Beside roles from the traditional Opera repertoire (Nannetta, Falstaff; Adina, L ́Elisir d ́Amore; Violetta, Traviata; Marie, Cendrillon; Rosina, Barbiere di Siviglia; Sophie, Werther; Morgana, Alcina; Anna, Die lustige Witwe),which I love, I also like to explore the 21st century Operatic compositions and work in cooperation with the composers, to accept new challenges (according to my vocal Fach) and to sing Lieder, Chansons, Canciones, Sacred Works and other vocal works, with different instrumental ensembles.

Who am I, as Artist?

My cultural and personal heritage

I was born in Arezzo, Tuscany, and my vocational imprinting is unconditional love for Beauty and Music and an endless curiosity for the related know-how.

Since my childhood I developed physical expressiveness, deep control and consciousness of

theatrical behavior. The first experience with body, music and Beauty is at the age of three, when dancing with symphonic music in the Rhythmic Gymnastics lesson I felt my heart almost exploding of joy.

Just a few years later I started meticulously learning to play the piano, which was an important training for perseverance and attention to detail, combined with a strong capacity for abstraction. I was so proud of taking part in international Piano competitions!

All my educational background is grounded on musical and humanities studies, which inspired me to graduate in Piano Solo and Opera Singing at the Conservatory of Music “A. Boito” in Parma, where I also studied Italian Literature and Journalism at the University of the city. I love reading and creative writing.

If piano always gave me the pleasure of playing music, learning singing techniques and freeing my voice was the leading way to make contact with myself. That's why I worked on my personal growth and self-consciousness. Many experiences in group Workshops, Bioenergetics Seminars, Theatrical and Improvisation Workshops and Research about emotions, deeply formed me as a conscious Artist. I regularly lead self-conscious and breathing workshops for musicians.

During the pandemic, thanks to a scholarship from the german Senate, I explored and worked on singing as a tool of communication in a relationship between two human beings, a relationship which has a core imprint in the connection between mother/child in the first year of life.

Thanks to occasions such as private and company events I bring the strength of the Opera and the Theatre even to people who for many different reasons would never experience it. I strongly believe that there's always a good occasion to educate the audience to Beauty and give emotions: this is my vocation.
