Caroline Morath is an undergraduate student entering her sophomore year at Oklahoma City University, studying Musical Theater and Vocal Performance. Recent roles include Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, Glinda/Aunt Em in The Wizard of Oz, and Adele u/s in Die Fledermaus. She was the 2019 recipient of the Outstanding Lead Actress award at the Orpheum High School Musical Theatre Awards, and a subsequent 2019 Jimmy Award nominee. She was a semi-finalist in the 2019 National NATS vocal competition. Ms. Morath is an active advocate for arts education, having previously served as a Summer Camp Intern for Stage Door Productions, and is currently working as a Group Leader for The Orpheum Theatre Memphis' summer youth programming. In her free time, Caroline loves to spend her time writing, and is a recipient of the Penny Hardaway Essay Scholarship, as well as having her poetry published in the Live Poets Society's & Just Poetry's National Poetry Quarterly. She believe that the arts are a vital part of the human experience and can teach us about ourselves and, more importantly, those who are different than us.
