Michaela Stiles

Michaela Stiles was raised in Williamston, Michigan and is currently a junior at Hillsdale College studying voice in the studio of Professor Melissa Osmond. She started studying the voice classically her freshman year of college and is absolutely fascinated by the opera world. She has participated in Hillsdale’s opera workshops since her freshman year in 2017 and has enjoyed exploring opera through roles from Menotti’s Mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors to Musetta in select scenes from La Boheme. She has also enjoyed experiencing the stage through roles in theatre productions such as Annie Oakley from Irving’s Annie Get Your Gun, Isabella in Pirates of Penzance, Clara in the Italian Straw Hat, and most recently Meg from Little Women the Musical.
