Maegan Hoogerhyde

Soprano Maegan Hoogerhyde is a recent graduate of New England Conservatory, where she received her masters degree in voice and studied with Karen Holvik. While at NEC, she sang the role of Britomarte in L’arbore di Diana and appeared in scenes as Servilia (La clemenza di Tito), Elvira (L’italiana in Algeri), Blondchen (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), and Catherine (Le mariage aux lanternes). In June 2022, she sang the roles of First Lady and First Spirit in New Jersey Vocal Arts Collaborative’s production of Die Zauberflöte. She previously performed the roles of Asteria (Tamerlano) and First Conversa (Suor Angelica). She has also performed in scenes as Frau Herz (Der Schauspieldirektor), Najade (Ariadne auf Naxos), Konstanze (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), the title role in Semele, the Princess (Transformations), and Serpina (La serva padrona).
