Evelyn Alumbreros

Evelyn Alumbreros has performed in musical theatre, opera, plays, short films and television. Recent roles include several high school KUSD theatre pilots for MTI including Portia (Something Rotten!), Kathy/Sophia (In Transit) and Hannah (Freaky Friday, The Musical). Other high school roles include Sophie (Mamma Mia!), Aphra (Children of Eden), and Fiona (Shrek, Jr.). TV credits include Moochie Kalala Detectives Club (Chicago PBS/Fresh Films), which was nominated for the Midwest Emmy’s, and Miskits (Fresh Films pilot). Evelyn attends Indian Trail High School in the Kenosha Unified School District, Wisconsin. Evelyn serves as a VOCALiD Ambassador by recruiting others to contribute their voice, which then can be engineered to create voices for those using assistive devices.
