Taci Miner (18) recently graduated from Copper Hills High School in West Jordan, Utah. Even amidst these new and challenging times, Taci didn’t let anything get in the way of her success. Graduating with honors in music, theatre, and leadership, Taci intends to pursue Vocal Performance at Utah Valley University starting this Fall. Choir has played a huge roll in her life and music is her biggest passion. At the beginning of this year, Taci was named Vocal Performance Region Runner-up in the State Sterling Scholar Competition sponsored by Utah’s Deseret News. Taci has received many other honors and awards for vocal performance including straight superiors in region and state solo/ensemble competitions for three years. Taci is also heavily involved in theatre and has played many exciting and vocally challenging roles. Some of her favorites include Eponine in “Les Misérables,” The Drowsy Chaperone in “The Drowsy Chaperone,” and Mabel in “The Pirates of Penzance.” Performing is Taci’s life and she is always grateful for any and all opportunities she has to share music with others.
