Mateo Paul

Mateo Paul was born in Cape Canaveral, Florida, and grew up in Troy, Texas. He began his vocal studies at McLennan Community College, Waco, TX then later received a Bachelor of Music from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master of Music from Miami University, Ohio.

While living in Cincinnati he sang in many small opera projects, and was a tenor soloist with The Kentucky Symphony Orchestra. Mateo was a Young Artist at Natchez Festival of Music, and studied at The American Institute of Musical Studies, Graz, Austria.

Currently, he resides in Germany and has sung with Nürnburg Hochschule für Musik , Theater Bremen, Theater Ulm, Eutiner Festspiele, Landestheater Coburg, and a soloist in many concerts.

Mateo is continuing his vocal studies with Jack Li Vigni.
