Soprano, Jasmine Mangal has been awarded for “performances with strong vocal range and stamina” by the Daily Titan. Her professionalism and compassion for music inspires creativity and welcomes life into her art.
Miss Mangal has a solid performance background with diverse appearances to her credit. Her most recent performance was with LA Opera’s Community and Education division as Pam in The Magic Dream; a children’s rendition of Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte. She was cast as Diana in last Spring’s production of Offenbach’s opera Orphée aux enfers, however, there was cancellation due to Covid. Other performances include Lucy (The Threepenny Opera), title role in Lehar’s The Merry Widow, Strauss’ Die Fledermaus (Adele), Mozart's Die Schauspieldirektor (Madame Silberklang), Pirates of Penzance (Mabel) and more.
Jasmine recently concluded her Masters of Music, Opera Performance degree at Cal State University, Long Beach. She is now eagerly looking forward to her future in the arts.
