Isabel Lanz began her singing career in musical theater performing in the junior Broadway standards of Legally Blonde, Jr., High School Musical, Jr. and Frozen, Jr. but found a passion for classical music appearing in her first opera of Carmen at age 14 at Chicago Summer Opera. She continued her opera journey singing her first solo as Spirit in Dido & Aeneas and attended Interlochen Arts Camp participating in the Voice & Opera program. In addition to being a member of the Interlochen Singers choir, Isabel has twice qualified to join the Honors Performance Series choirs to sing in Carnegie Hall, NY. In the studio, Isabel studies and performs pieces in a variety of languages including French, Italian, German and English, and Isabel's deep desire to learn keeps her voice teacher on her toes selecting the next musical work for Isabel to discover.
