Maia Steinberg

Maia Steinberg is a young composer and lyrical singer (mezzo soprano). Born in Uruguay, where she obtained her bachelor in composition, later she moved to France to do a Master in composition for audiovisual media and then to Holland to do a Bachelor in opera singing. As a composer, Maia has created original soundtracks for theatre plays, short films, video games and other projects, including an opera. Many of her creations have been awarded prizes. As a singer, she has participated in different opera productions and concerts both as a soloist as well as chorist in Uruguay, France, Holland, Switzerland and Spain.
