Kathleen Leinau

Kathleen Leinau is a junior at Keene High School in Keene, New Hampshire. In addition to taking every music class KHS offers, Kathleen performs musical theater with the KHS Drama Club, a recent role being Jo March in Little Women. She also performs with MoCo Arts at Keene, playing roles including Mrs. Shields in A Christmas Story, Mother Superior in Sister Act, Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, and Lurch in The Addams Family. Kathleen takes private voice lessons with Joanne Meade, and private piano, music theory, and sight singing lessons with Elaine Ginsburg. She has also attended an audition masterclass with Kirsten O'Brian, and a choral and voice masterclass with Kanisha Kellum. Kathleen attended the Summer TUTTI Performing Arts Camp at Denison for musical theater, and the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory Summer Institute for choir. She also sang with the Grand Monadnock Youth Choirs for nine years. Kathleen is looking to pursue vocal performance and choral pedigogy at college in 2026.
