Gwyneth Rix has been singing for almost four years. Her experience thus far has been mainly choral; having sung with the choir at All Saints’ Wynnewood and Vox Ama Deus for several seasons in works such as Bach's Magnificat and Saint John Passion, Beethoven's Missa Solemnis, Christ on the Mount of Olives, 9th Symphony and Ruins of Athens, Handel's Messiah, and Mozart's Requiem and Coronation Mass. She also acts with the Harriton Theater Company, where she most recently played ‘Gwendolyn,’ the lead in the student-written production: Bait and Tackle. She has been singing with the Delaware Valley Opera Company for two years. In 2019, she was in the chorus of La Rondine, and in 2020 she played the titular character in Amahl and the Night Visitors (Amahl, not the night visitors). Besides singing, she greatly enjoys playing the piano, writing (mediocre)poetry, and sending cryptic texts to her friends.
