Kara Smyk is a junior from Vestal, New York. She has performed in over 35 musicals and plays since the age of 5. Some of her favorite roles include Cinderella in "Into the Woods", Johanna in "Sweeney Todd", Peter Pan from the musical "Peter Pan" and Feste in Shakespeare's comedy "Twelfth Night". She is coached by Jennifer Johns from Broadway Artists Alliance, attends acting lessons with Tim Gleason from Know Theater, and vocal lessons from Brenda Dawe. She loves being creative and the act of storytelling!
