Soprano ​Eileen SoHyun Chun was born on January 19, 1993, in ​Seoul, ​South Korea. From a young age, she nurtured her dream of becoming a singer by joining a children's choir. As the years passed, her passion for music grew, ultimately leading her to pursue a career in opera. In 2016, she proudly graduated from the esteemed ​Korea National University of Arts and decided to further her studies in ​Germany. In 2019, she completed her education at Folkwang Universität der Künste, solidifying her foundation in classical music and opera.

In 2022, Eileen had the incredible opportunity to participate in the renowned Young Artists Program at the Korean National Opera. This program provided her with invaluable guidance and gave her the platform to showcase her exceptional talents on a grand stage. It was during this time that she made her highly-anticipated debut in the role of the Queen of the Night in Mozart's masterpiece, "The Magic Flute." Her performance captivated audiences and garnered praise from critics, establishing her as one of the finest coloratura sopranos of her generation.

Throughout her journey, Eileen has also contributed her remarkable talents to the Düsseldorf Chorus in Germany, collaborating with fellow musicians to create moving choral performances. The experiences gained from these collaborations have enriched her musicality and expanded her artistic horizons.

As she continues to evolve as a singer, Eileen SoHyun Chun remains dedicated to pursuing even greater dreams.
