Olivia Burns is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance with an emphasis in Vocal Pedagogy at Baldwin-Wallace Conservatory of Music in Berea, Ohio. This past Spring, she completed her junior year studying under Professor Daniel Ihasz. Olivia is passionate about vocal science and its intersection with music. Long-term, she aspires to become a vocologist and singing-voice specialist, helping professional vocalists recover from injuries and meet the vocal demands of their jobs healthfully. Simultaneously, she cherishes every opportunity to tell stories as a singing-actress. Recent performance credits include Damigella in L’incoronazione di Poppea, Kate McGowan in Titanic the Musical, and chorus in Le Nozze di Figaro and the Pirates of Penzance. She has had the pleasure of 2 years of experience in Baldwin-Wallace’s Motet choir, most recently performing Bach’s Mass in B Minor at BW’s famous Bach Festival.
