Faith Fobeneh

Soprano Faith Fobeneh is currently pursuing a Master of Music degree in vocal performance at the University of Kentucky, under the vocal guidance of Dr. Angelique Clay. During the summer of 2021, she performed at the International Summer Opera Festival of Morelia’s Gala concert. Faith was featured in the 2020 Generation Next Opera Gala hosted by renowned soprano Angel Blue. In 2019, she won 1st Prize in the Gilbert & Sullivan Inaugural Vocal Scholarship Competition. Faith was awarded the 2019-20 Houston Baptist University Music Department: Outstanding Vocalist award. In Spring 2019, Faith performed in the HBU President’s Concert as the Soprano Soloist for Schubert’s Mass no.2 in G accompanied by the Houston Civic Symphony. Past roles include Plaintiff in Trial by Jury, the Countess in Le Nozze di Figaro, and Musetta in La boheme. In 2022, Faith will make her debut as Mimi for UK Opera Theatre’s Spring production of La boheme.
