Julia Radosz has been praised for her “illustrious and flowing voice” (Kansas City Metropolis) and for her “astonishing performance, brilliant soprano and thrilling embellishments that were augmented by the most subtle and heart-rending acting” (Voce di Meche). The 2023 season began with a debut with Hrvatsko Narodno Kazalište Split (National Croatian Theater of Split) as Amelia in Un ballo in maschera. Other engagements in the 2022-2023 season included 18 performances of La Boheme throughout theaters in Spain and France, including Madrid, Paris, Segovia, and Carcassone, and an orchestral performance of Turandot in Valencia, Spain. The 2020-2022 season, included a debut with National Moravian-Silesian Theater in Czech Republic as Marietta/Marie in Korngold’s Die tote Stadt, an opera gala the Metropolitny Orchester Bratislava, an opera gala in Prešov, Slovakia, and solo recitals at The Palffy Palac in Bratislava, at Peterskirche in Vienna, featuring Liszt’s Tre sonetti di Petrarca and Strauss’ Four Last Songs. Upcoming debuts include Mimi (La Boheme)with First Coast Opera and a debut of Lady Macbeth.

At the end of 2019, Julia moved to Bratislava with her husband, who is a Slovak conductor. At this time, she also completed an official fach change to spinto repertoire. Previously, in America, she debuted Madama Butterfly with Raylynmor Opera, Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus (Staller Center for the Arts) as well as Musetta (La Bohème) with Wichita Grand Opera (opposite Sam Ramey) and Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni) with Opera Orlando. In 2019, On the concert stage, she performed a Puccini concert with Rhode Island Philharmonic led by Marie Jacquot, a concert with Northern Dutchess Symphony Orchestra featuring excerpts from La Traviata and La Bohème, and with Litha Symphony Orchestra featuring Verdi’s Requiem, and she performed a Rosa Ponselle tribute with Lyric Opera Baltimore at Ponselle's estate in Maryland- Villa Pace. Ms. Radosz was also chosen as a semi-finalist in the prestigious Elizabeth Connell Prize for Dramatic Sopranos, sponsored by the Joan Sutherland/Richard Bonynge Foundation.

Previous performances include Antonia (Les Contes d’Hoffman) and Fiordiligi (Cosí fan tutte) with Tri-Cities Opera where she received much praise for her “Spinning top ... impressive chest register” and “pliable, rich soprano” (Broome Arts Mirror), Violetta in La traviata with North Dutchess Symphony Orchestra, Donna Anna (Don Giovanni) with Cape Cod Opera, Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi) with North Shore Music Festival, Raylynmor Opera, and Opera Southeast, Helena (A Midsummer Night's Dream) and Magnolia Hawks (Showboat) with Opera Naples, Berenice in L'occasione fa il ladro with Little OPERA Theatre of NY, and Rose-Marie with Light Opera of New York. With The Butler Opera Center, Ms. Radosz has sung Susannah, the Governess in Turn of the Screw, and Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Austin. Concert performances include a gala with Annapolis Opera, a Verdi gala with Gulfshore Opera under the baton of Maestro Paul Nadler, and recitals based on the repertoire of Jenny Lind and Marcella Sembrich, which were featured at the Bijou Theatre in Connecticut, and The Sembrich Museum, respectively.

Ms. Radosz' ability to learn roles quickly and accurately makes her in demand for challenging modern repertoire as well as for last minute engagements. She was also called upon last minute by Miami Lyric Opera where she sang to great acclaim in Un ballo in maschera. Ms. Radosz made American and World premieres in the leading roles of several operas, including, Olympia in Haim Elisha's A Certain Quiet (Theater for the New City), Lady Madeline in Debussy’s opera La Chute de la Maison Usher (Butler Opera Center),Tormentilla in Ralph Vaughn Williams’ The Poisoned Kiss, and Lydia Larkspur in Kirke Mechem's The Rivals (Bronx Opera), in which she was praised by The New York Times for her “properly dreamy, petulant Lydia” and Broadway World for her “strong, musically adept performance."

Ms. Radosz has garnered numerous awards, including: Winner of the Jenny Lind Competition, Connecticut Concert Opera Competition, Marcella Kochanska Sembrich Vocal Competition, and the 5 Towns Music and Arts Foundation Competition, a Grant Winner from The CareerBridges Foundation, 2nd Place in the Kosciuszko Foundation's Marcella Sembrich Vocal Competition, 2nd Place in the National Federation of Music Club's Biennial Young Artist Awards, 3rd place in New Jersey State Opera's Alfredo Siligpigni Competition, and the Bel Canto Award at the Orpheus Competition.

Ms. Radosz is a dual citizen of Canada and United States, and is a permanent resident of Slovakia, living in Bratislava, with full working permission in Europe.
