Emma Neely

Hi! My name is Emma Neely. I am a freshman Vocal Music Education major studying at the Penn State School of Music in State College, PA. I'm also pursuing a minor in jazz studies and performance. I have a great passion for jazz and classical music, both instrumental and vocal and I play percussion as a secondary instrument. I am involved with Penn State's Chapters of the Student National Association of Teachers of Singing, American Choral Director's Association, and National Association for Music Education. In addition, I sing in an a cappella group on campus and volunteer with Centre Foundation as a collegiate advisor for a student-run group called Centre PACT. I'm very passionate about music and have an eventual goal of graduating with a Doctorate of Musical Arts and teaching in higher education.
