Rachel Grace, soprano, has a passion for telling stories and sharing uplifting messages through singing. After studying voice through her childhood and teen years, she discovered opera as a high school senior, and never looked back. She sang Susanna in an adaptation of Mozart’s "Le nozze di Figaro," and Adele in Liberty University’s production of Die Fledermaus by Johann Strauss. She also understudied the role of Lucia in Donizetti's "Lucia di Lammermoor" performed at Bob Jones University. She has performed principle roles in excerpts from The Ballad of Baby Doe by Douglas Moore, Giulio Cesare by George F. Händel, Don Pasquale and L’elisir d’amore by Gaetano Donizetti, and others. She has also given many solo recital featuring art song repertoire from the Italian, German, and French traditions. Her experience also includes placing in various local and national voice competitions, as well as summer opera programs in both Los Angeles, California and Vancouver, British Columbia.
