Soprano Rachael Davis studied Classical Voice and received her Bachelor of Arts in Music at California State University, Sacramento. Ms. Davis currently studies with Soprano Carrie Hennessey and is the Music Worship Leader at St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Carmichael. Recently, Ms. Davis won first place in her category at the National Association of Teachers of Singing, San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, at the 2023 Spring Classical Student Auditions & Singing Festival, and made her debut as the Soprano soloist for Handel's "Eternal Source of Light Divine" with the Apollo Orchestra and Chorus.
Rachael is the mother of two beautiful children (with one on the way!) and is passionate about life, music, and exploring creativity. She loves to perform all styles of music, singing in church and rock, jazz, & pop cover bands, and particularly enjoys sharing classical art songs. After taking some time off to start a family, Ms. Davis has enjoyed every moment of jumping back into performance and having new musical experiences this year. She is an enthusiastic and genuine human who loves to learn and explore!
