Caterina Pette

Caterina is Italian born, half Taiwanese and half Italian, raised in Miami, FL from the age of 8. She found her passion for opera after a private singing lesson with a classically trained voice teacher and began her journey towards a Bachelor's degree in music. Caterina also received a Bachelor's in a biomedical engineering as her first degree, and a Master's in Integrative Medicine as her second. She also started her family at this time. In the midst of semester's in school Caterina had her 3 children and so completing her music major was a greater challenge she happily took on.

Caterina has been in several productions including the role of Dido in Dido and Aeneas and Mother in Hansel and Gretel at New World School of the Arts.

Having graduated in music, Caterina is eager to find opportunities to perform in operas, musicals and concerts to create transformative and emotive experience for her audience.

Her personal interest is to find a cross between music, science, and healing.
