Adriana Carey has been singing and acting in musicals since the age of six, including roles as the Genie in Aladdin, Belle in Beauty and the Beast, most recently, Liz (Pop) in Chicago. In addition, Adriana performed the role of the First Spirit in LAH-SOW ’s production of The Magic Flute at The Academy of Vocal Arts.
Adriana recently qualified as a Semifinalist and will compete in both Lower High School Musical Theatre and Classical Treble Voice at the NATS National Auditions this summer in Knoxville, Tennessee. She has performed as a soprano soloist with Pennsylvania Girlchoir, the Radnor High School Jazz Band, and the Radnor High School Orchestra. Adriana has been invited to perform “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the Radnor Middle School Veteran’s Day Ceremony and numerous Radnor High School events.
In addition, Adriana has been a Cantor for St. Thomas of Villanova Church since she was twelve years old. Adriana was awarded the Association of Church Musicians in Philadelphia (ACMP) 2023 Encouragement Award in Voice. In summer 2023, Adriana performed in the Middle School Honors Performance Series concert at Carnegie Hall and will perform in the High School Honors Performance Series concert at Royal Festival Hall this summer. She has sung many performances of solo and group numbers at The Willson Vocal Academy Summer Vocal Boot Camps over the past four years. Adriana has participated in multiple Masterclasses through The Greater Philadelphia NATS including those with Matt Edwards and Stephen Powell and workshops at the The Annual Voice Symposium of The Voice Foundation. She studies with Lisa Willson DeNolfo.
