Gino is in his 3rd undergraduate year at Fresno State in Vocal Performance, from Dr. Maria Briggs' studio. In the last three years, he has been involved in operas including scenes from The Grapes of Wrath (Connie), The Promise of Living (Top), The Marriage of Figaro (Page), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Oberon), Pirates of Penzance, Hansel and Gretel, Die Zauberflöte (Monostatos), and Giuliano Cesare in Egitto (Tolomeo). With only three years of classical training, Gino has already placed as a finalist in the 5th and 6th Fresno State Art Song Festival and has received the Encouragement Award from the Kristina Townsend Memorial Competition in 2022.
