Elisebeth Sparks

Hi! I'm Elisebeth Sparks from Wisconsin.

I am going into my sophomore year of college as a double major in Music Performamce (CCM Track) and Theater Arts. I've performed in musicals and a handful of plays through school and summer programs.

Hunchback of Notre Dame (Florika), Cinderella (Ella), Phantom of the Opera (Christine), and upcoming Mamma Mia! (Sophie), as well as Three Sisters by Chekov (Irina).

I was trained classically through high school and in voice lessons prior to college. I love singing Italian (Vivaldi is a favorite), French, and Latin, and I'm planning on adding a song in Russian at some point on my undergraduate career. I still work on classical pieces (a dream of mine is to perform Anything with a live orchestra), but I've started learning to belt and adding more contemporary musical theater to my book.

Before actually starting college, I had been planning on majoring in Criminology. I added music as a minor, then switched to it as a major the first week of classes. Theater was added as a minor, and switched to a major in the second semester. And I couldn't be happier or more fulfilled with my decision. I've always dreamed about performing, bringing people joy and 'giving the people what they want to see', and I can't imagine doing anything else as a career.
