Mia Hamilton

Mia Hamilton, eighteen, is a senior in high school at Menlo School in Atherton, California. She has been studying voice with Kathryne Jennings at Stanford University since 2018 and has been a member of iSing Girlchoir of Silicon Valley since 2013. Mia has always had a passion for singing, and she is an ardent believer in music’s abilities to explore socially relevant themes and unite across all boundaries. She has attended vocal programs at Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Boston University Tanglewood Institute from 2015-2019. She is the 2021 first-place winner of the National Association of Teachers of Singing Western Region voice competition. Mia has toured both nationally and internationally, traveling to Los Angeles, France, Scandinavia, and Germany, where her choir became the Grand Prize Winner of the Robert Schumann International Choir Competition in Zwickau, Germany. She will be attending Brown University this fall.
