Abigail (Abby) Eagan is from Naperville, Illinois. She is 18 years old, and she is a senior at Benet Academy. Abby has been singing in choirs and performing in musicals since she was in elementary school. Abby participates in the musicals at her high school, and she has participated in the Illinois Music Education Association District 9 choir in her sophomore, junior, and senior year at the state and district level as an Alto II. At her high school she plays the violin in the chamber orchestra, she has been playing for 9 years. She participates in her school’s concert chorale as well as the a cappella madrigal singers. She is also a member of Young Naperville Singers. She sings in the Bella Cantare Treble Choir as an Alto II. Abby has taken voice lessons for 4 years now, but she had previously been focusing only on technique and musical theatre. Abby has discovered her love for classical music this year, so she has decided to pursue it. She may be new to the classical world, but she is eager to learn anything and everything she can. She plans on majoring in vocal performance in college.
