Bio

Antoin Marshall is a native of Montego Bay, Jamaica where he frequented the music arena as a tenor in several nationally recognized groups. He completed his Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance at Alcorn State University in Mississippi. Antoin has won the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) Competition at the State level twice and was placed Runner Up and Second Runner Up a total of 3 times at the regional level. Antoin has been a member of the Alcorn State University Concert Choir, Alcorn State University Chamber Singers and The Jamaica Choral Scholars (headed by internationally reknown Jamaican composer Dr. Andrew Marshall). He is a frequent soloist at the Nichols State University Spiritual Festival (Thibodaux, Louisiana) as well as in the Natchez Musical Arts League. This summer Antoin will be competing in the CS Music competition as well as debuting as a tenor for Sadhji, a Ballet by William Grant Still.
