Lisa Bryce has a Doctorate in Music Education and has acquired degrees in performance from Manhattan School of Music and Binghamton University. Lisa Bryce has performed with the New York City Opera, Mostly Mozart Festival, Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg, Delaware Valley Opera, Pacific Opera, Regina Opera Company, Tutti Bravi Productions, Dicapo Opera Theater, Opera Oggi NY, Empire Opera, Martina Arroyo Foundation Prelude to Performance, Gateway Classical Music Society, Process Studio Theatre, Bronx Opera Company and as an Ensemble artist her voice has even permeated the halls of the MET.
She has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Symphony Space, National Opera Center, Berlin Dome, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Riverside Church, Saint Patrick’s Cathedral and Cathedral of Saint John the Divine.
Lisa Bryce has performed the roles of: Mimi(La Boheme),Countess(Le Nozze di Figaro),Fiordiligi (Cosi fan Tutti),Donna Elvira(Don Giovanni),Micaela(Carmen), Giulliette(Les Contes d’Hoffmann), Gianetta(L’Elisir d’Amore),Suor Angelica (SuorAngelica),Annina(La Traviata),Dido(Dido&Aeneas), Mother(Amahl&the Night Visitors), Mother(Hansel&Gretel),Ciesca&Lauretta(Gianni Schicchi) Wellgunde(Das Rheingold), Rossweisse(DieWalküre), Berta(Il Barbiere di Sivilgia) and Zweite dame(Die Zauberflöte).
She has been a soloist in Handel’s Messiah,Faure Requiem, Mozart Requiem, Bach Cantata # 21, Bach Cantata #144, Seven Last Words Of Christ Dubois, Vivaldi’s Gloria and Vesperae Solennes de Confessore Mozart.
She is First Prize winner of the Five Towns Music and Art Foundation Voice Competition, Third Prize winner of Concorso Lirico Internazionale del Mediterraneo and is Encouragement Award Winner of the Oratorio Society of New York. She has received Honorable Mention in the Second G. Gershwin International Music Competition and Acknowledgment of Recognition from the Art Song Preservation Society of New York.
Lisa Bryce recently sang in the Masterclasses of Nicole Cabell, Frederica von Stade, Nathan and Julie Gunn, Lisette Oropesa, Denyce Graves, Deborah Voight, J'Nai Bridges and Carol Vaness.
