• Acceptance to Boston University Tanglewood Institute Young Artists Vocal Program- Submitted a virtual audition and was accepted to the program in December 2019. Unable to attend due to the pandemic. July - August 2020
• Phillips Exeter Academy Concert Choir- Phillips Exeter’s auditioned touring choir, one year member. Fall 2020 - Spring 2021
• Phillips Exeter Academy Music 500 Course- Taught by Instructor of Music, Kristofer Johnson. Class consisted of one term of performance training culminating in a senior recital. Spring 2021

Julia Dobbins is currently a junior at American University. She began singing classical music in the Fall of 2018 under the instruction of Jean Strazdes at Phillips Exeter Academy. After the culmination of her senior recital in Spring of 2021, she is now concentrating on a BA in both Music and Psychology at American. She hopes to have a career in music therapy or a related field that would incorporate both her experience working with kids and her background in classical music.
