• *Performed as Mimi in Puccini's "La bohème," with Fresno State Opera Theater in 2024 & 2025.
• *Performed as Fiordiligi in Mozart's "Così fan tutte" with the AAMS Opera Institute in Todi, Italy in 2023.
• *Performed as Mother in Menotti's "Amahl & The Night Visitors" with Fresno State Opera Theater in 2023.
• *Performed as Cobweb in Britten's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" with Fresno State Opera Theater in 2022.
• HIGHLIGHTS:
• *Premiered the 1st prize-winning composition of the Fresno State 7th Annual Art Song Festival in 2024, and will continue to premier new compositions in the 8th Annual Art Song Festival on the 27th and 28th of February 2025.

Tay Bumgarner (Soprano, 25) is a versatile vocal musician, balancing a career as a voice and piano instructor alongside an active performance schedule. With a deep passion for art song, Tay has cultivated a rich repertoire highlighting classical vocal music's beauty. However, her musical interests extend beyond the classical sphere, as she also finds joy in performing jazz, musical theater, and popular music, embracing the expressive freedom these genres offer. Whether on stage or in the studio, Tay Bumgarner brings a thoughtful and dynamic approach to every performance, engaging audiences with her artistry and dedication to musical storytelling. As an educator, she strives to inspire students by fostering strong technical foundations and a love for diverse musical styles.
