Elizabeth Mirandi, soprano, is originally from Long Island, NY and moved to Castle Rock, CO in 2020. She graduated with a BM in Vocal Performance from the Crane School of Music in 2017 and studied under Deborah Massell and Kirk Severtson.
When living in NY Elizabeth helped premiere newly composed works by Adam Weiser, David Lang, Adam Robert, and Morton Feldman. One of her favorite performances being The Mile Long Opera by David Lang, performed on the NYC High Line, where she appeared on a BBC's segment of the works opening night. She also had the privilege of performing at Carnegie Hall as a soloist in Ralph Vaughan Williams' Serenade to Music under the baton of Maestro Duain Wolfe.
Over the years Elizabeth has traveled to Lucca, Italy, Steamboat, Colorado and Mezzano, Italy for young artist programs, working with incredible artists like Barbara Clark, Sharon Sweet, Beth Neilson, Dana Sadava, Sahar Nouri, Arthur Fagen among many others. Singing roles like Dew Fairy in Hansel and Greta, Queen of the Night and Pamina in Die Zauberflöte.
This season Elizabeth will have the joy of performing with Bravo! Vail Music Festival's production of La Bohème as a chorus member as well as debuting with Performance Now as Mabel in their production of Pirates of Penzance.
