Mary Julia has taken dance lessons since the age of six and is trained in several styles including the basics: tap, ballet and jazz. She has also competitively danced for The Academy (located in Marysville, OH) and still enjoys taking tap at an advanced level.

Mary Julia has been taking vocal lessons for five years and has participated in several competitions and recitals as well as experience in playing featured and ensemble roles in school/community musicals. She currently studies classical voice under Paul Melcher at Red School of Music.

Mary Julia started off her musical journey with saxophone in sixth grade and switched to the oboe, later earning first chair in her high school's band. She's recently picked up the piano with Mr. Melcher to be able to accompany herself.
