Dear Editor: I loved reading “Danielle de Niese: A Diva for the Digital Age” [April 2011 cover story] which led me to her website, and to the YouTube interview at Classical Brit Awards 2008. I have such huge respect for absorbing an aria that quickly, and yet loved the perspective her mom gave her: “Will you have fun doing it?” Such important perspective for a performer vs. will you mind the strophes and remember it perfectly.

Dear Editor: I read [the magazine] every month, pretty much all of it. An article on preserving voice/vocal hygiene would be great.
