An OperaWorks and CoOPERAtive alumna, Jayme Alilaw has won competitions in Atlanta and New York, has performed with the Atlanta Opera in the internationally acclaimed ensemble in Porgy and Bess, and recently presented parts of her developing lecture recital program on African-American art song composers at the National Council for Black Studies Annual Academic Conference.
