A former human resources director, Linda McKay has worked with opera singers, writers and artists while they temped in law firms. Her work as a conflict mediator led her to a second career as a social psychology researcher at New York University where she studies stereotype effects on the performance of stigmatized individuals.
Her personal research concerns the absence of women 50 years plus in American media-film, television and print advertising. Linda’s passions are her grandson, writing, and inspiring others through art and journal exercise to honor their genius.
