Winning the Met’s National Council Auditions in 2005 and joining the Lindemann Young Artist Development Program launched Lisette Oropesa’s career, and the soprano has been singing around the world since. What many may not know, however, is that while forging the path to an international career, Oropesa has also been forging another path to find physical and emotional well-being. Here she shares what has motivated her to get trim and fit and how she has found healing and happiness along the way.
