Presenter

Matthew Schloneger

Dr. Matthew Schloneger is excited to be joining the faculty of Texas A&M Commerce University in fall 2024. He is currently the Executive Director of both Opera Kansas and Opera Seme, a young artist program based in Arezzo, Italy. Though he directs operas, he also has a passion for the contemporary belt voice and vocal health. He was the 2017 co-winner of the Van Lawrence Fellowship of NATS and the Voice Foundation, and has had numerous students go on to varied careers in the performing arts.
