Tammie Huntington, Soprano, is a proponent of new music, having recently created the role of “Amanda” in the 2024 political opera A House Divided by Philip Seward (housedividedopera.com).  She has also commissioned new art music with the ensemble Soprani Compagni (sopranicompagni.com), presenting and performing in Argentina, Sweden, Korea, Hong Kong, China, and the U.S.  Huntington has taught Applied Voice and Lyric Theatre studies at Indiana Wesleyan University for the past 18 years, with an emphasis on cross-training in the voice studio. She has a passion for helping each student to find their own unique voice both onstage and off.
