Dr. Nelson is a highly sought after soloist and teacher. His credits include performances with the National Center for the Performing Arts in Beijing China, Irish National Opera, Opera Omaha, Atlanta Opera, Opera Tampa, New Orleans Opera, Opera Saratoga, Utah Opera Dayton Opera, Opera on the James, Ohio Light Opera, Festival Lyrique en Mer, Lorin Maazel's Castleton Festival, and as a soloist on the stages of Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center. He been engaged to teach Master Classes in Australia, France, Italy, Mexico, and all across the United States.
