Did you know you have a first response mindset about all thing performing? Mindset quiz: 1. Auditions are… 2. Mistakes are… 3. The audience is… Take note of your response. Was it positive, “Auditions are the gateway to opportunity”? Or negative, “The audience is the enemy”? Are mistakes humiliating or experiences to learn from? Based on original research, Dr. Jon will teach you how to design an optimal performance mindset. You will be given his Performance Attitude Questionnaire to help you recognize your mindset strengths and weaknesses. When you understand the mechanics of mindset you can take charge and design a powerful mindset. If you don't manage your mindset, your mindset will manage you. Mindset matters!
