Presenters

Marc Webster and Brad Hougham

Marc Webster is a professor of voice in the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance at Ithaca College, where he has taught since 2010. Recent concert, opera, and oratorio performances include soloist engagements throughout the United States and as a guest artist at summer festivals in Canada and Italy. Marc holds graduate degrees from Juilliard and Eastman and completed his opera apprentice training at Merola, Wolf Trap, Florida Grand, and Seattle Opera. As a master teacher and recitalist, Marc has recently presented masterclasses and recitals at colleges and universities nationwide. Brad Hougham is professor of voice at Ithaca College’s School of Music, Theatre, and Dance, where he has taught since 2006. He has performed in opera, concert, and recital in Europe, Canada, and the United States. Dr. Hougham holds degrees in vocal performance from the University of Saskatchewan, Mannes College of Music, City University of New York, and Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He has been hailed as one of the finest vocal pedagogues of his generation, and has given master classes and adjudicated competitions throughout the United States and Canada, and also in Europe, and Asia.
